Looks like you have multiple instances of some mods, likely because you copied the mods folder from another instance. You should create a new instance of the pack and then copy the world directory over.

FTB Infinity Evolved would be a good choice, it's a well rounded pack that was insanely popular when it was released.

This is because Mojang relocated the download location for the game assets, it's actually an issue with the Vanilla client. Hopefully we can work around this in the FTB App at some point and make sure we download the sounds correctly, even though the Vanilla launcher is looking in the wrong place.
