i can use singleplayer fine and iv connected to other servers in 1.0.5 i dont know any servers in 1.0.6 to try and connect to try so i think its just that 1 server unless its the whole direwolf 20 pack 1.0.6 servers that causes this all started when i logged in this morning i got about 15 sec...

not to be a party crasher but the moment you update you will have to do a map reset, biomes plenty will destroy the world when something new will be generated
