Everytime I try to add things to my power suit or power fist I get this: Anyone have a fix?

I usually get around 25 fps (I know that is low but I don't care) with no lag spikes at all, but if enter the nether, teleport to a waypoint, or save and quit to title and go back into my world, I start getting MAJOR lag spikes! I'm talking about little sissy lag spikes like dropping to 10 fps...

I find that (using IC2) EU is much more easy to produce. And once you have a good setup you can just place a bunch of electrical engines.
