Have you tried reinstalling Curse?

I did a reactor/RFtools with ender quarry setup in my previous playthrough. It is kinda powerful, but it requires a significant amount of tinkering and game time to make. At that point it wasn't that overpowered, I could more or less beat the game already.

Lycanites mod had issues, spawning/despawning/lag iirc. Probably a good thing to have it out.

If your seed isn't going in, then the petals are incorrect. Maybe there are extra petals floating in the apothecary? You can try removing them with right-clicking.

Wow, that seems to be working. In Curse, too.

Nether ores are all at 0-128, so it doesn't matter where you mine. Shadow Iron is hard to see though, because of its color.

It's nice as a novelty concept, but in practice it's as clunky and inconvenient as those typical botania/aura cascade contraptions. Just watching you struggling to make the simplest items was painful.

You can also disarm zombies and wither skeletons to get iron/wood/stone/gold swords (witchery Harry Potter spell). Villagers sometimes sell iron gear as well, although I'm not sure about iron swords.

Maybe he just has to wait? On my computer, this modpack requires 5-6 minutes to load. If that doesn't work, I'm out of ideas. Maybe some of the mods need to be removed or something.
