i tried playing this. was not able to. its far too laggy. i play SSP. servers are not an option. i play offline using MultiMC. really disappointing because all I want is a great non skyblock HQM mod. similar to agrarian skies but on a direwolf20 type modpack.

sure, but you wasnt asking if it was ok to modify a protected game, you was asking about modifying a set of modifications to a modified game. also, theres a huge topic in mod discussion about what mods people like to add to dw20.

That wouldn't work. the cable would hit itself and either get tangled, or bounce and not land in the portal.

I thought that was what they were planning with the launcher update but instead they just put out the current one and I havent heard of anything more. ATLauncher already does this though, and it works well, but I dont like their modpacks. They arent as good as the FTB team at balancing modpacks...
