it's supposed to be better in folder since you don't need to uncompressed. anyways, I gonna put the mediafire link later, after my work. I think it's easier like that. but also keep the GitHub link for people who want the last change or for people who want to contribute

I change the name of branch "master" to "faithful32_1.6.4" on GitHub. like that you don't have a texture pack name master in your resourcepack folder also new TE pipe
