I dont realy see any errors in the loading file. If you go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\ (or %appdata% in start search bar) Do you see multiple ftblauncher folders?

You can go crazy aswel and have a cart loaded with an item and riding it over a detector track to know an item has passed

Have you moved any of the folders being used by ftb recently?

What you can always try is removing each mod one by one to find the one causing your issue

A buildcraft pipe + Gate should do the trick

Its probly not gona show up on the FTB launcher since she is not FTB anymore (not sure trough)

If im not mistaken you can get it trough the FTB Client

You can always use the carpenter doors/pressure plates. If im not mistaken mobs should not be able to get trough
