Thaumcraft 3 is on the Mindcrack pack, What you are asking about is Thaumcraft 2 which is incompatible as its only for 1.2.5

welcome to FTB and i agree installing mods without a launcher like FTB is a massive pain in the you know where XD

we will just have to see, no one knows what the future will bring, Hopefully the members of yogscast have matured a little though

they do require a unification of the supernatural and arcane. perhaps you could go from there?

perhaps there will be a way for EE3 to sense when certain mods are installed and adjust recipes through that?
