[1.7.10]Atonement: Sins of the Past Hardcore Survival Thaumcraft Focused

Eh, it isn't too bad. I'd suggest moving anything that can be scanned but you can't currently to its own chest. You should advance to the point of being able to scan everything within a few minutes to a few hours and not need that trick and can get rid of the chest afterwards.

[1.6.4]Crash Landing [Hardcore, HQM] version 1.1.x BETA STABLE

Crash Landing 2 wil lbe a thing. At the moment I am involved with rebuilding Atonement. And after that I will likely be busy with brand new twins arriving sometime, likely, in March. When I have the time and energy I will be investigating the best way to approach Crash Landing 2.

[1.7.10]Atonement: Sins of the Past Hardcore Survival Thaumcraft Focused

Ah, yes. I am currently in the process of rebuilding the pack. What you see is a transition build. The world gen is in place, the changes have been made, the documentation has yet to catch up. That is coming. The lack of a laurel crown is a bug and will be fixed in the next version. Be warned...

Pretty much luck. Or flight plus ravines will turn them up, too.

    [1.7.10]Modular Mayhem

Yes. And, oddly, the dratted thing isn't following the ore dictionary like it should. Ok, fine. Let's try plan B... And there, that problem is squashed with extreme prejudice.

People have odd ideas how to spell aluminum is why that happened. I'll have to correct the oredict in the next version. Which will be soon.

    [1.7.10]Modular Mayhem

I'm aware of it. I'm the guy that found the fix for it. Edit: 1.17.1 is the patched version on Curse, Modular Mayhem 1.17 on FTB hadn't been accepted yet, so I justy made the change directly to it.

No idea then, haven't gotten that far.

    [1.7.10]Modular Mayhem

Check the Chromaticraft list of blocks in NEI. You can see what you have found and what you haven't. Anything that you haven't unlocked will show up as the native block. If you End Stone versus whatever resource it is supposed to be that means you are lacking progression yet and the ore may be...

    [1.7.10]Modular Mayhem

That.... should not happen. Pylons are set to chunkload themselves once used. I'd suggest pastebin'ing the cras hlog and post it to https://github.com/ReikaKalseki/Reika_Mods_Issues/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue

It should work as set if you add it to the Settings>Minecraft>Advanced>Additional Java Arguments and just add -XX:+UseG1GC if you clear out any other arguments that may be there already.

    [1.7.10]Modular Mayhem

No different than any other dimension. Twilight Forest is probably worse. And we are getting pretty far afield of the purpose of this thread. Enough. Suffice to say, Chromaticraft is the way it is. Yes, it isn't optimal, yes I agree that it is a pain. But unless you know a way to fix it, this is...

Oh, he can look up the Java crash log just fine. Just, well, the cash log looks like this: http://pastebin.com/LxWv5du7 Good luck of making sense of any of that.

    [1.7.10]Modular Mayhem

No, it won't crash. I bitched at him for that because forcing a crash drops the problems from his shoulder's squarely onto mine and other mod pack devs. So he has added a config option, which I've set. It won't crash, but if you fail to set the argument, and you're on Java 8, it will disable the...

    [1.7.10]Modular Mayhem

Meh. Minecraft is still Java 7 compatible for the time being. Doesn't change matters, Java 8 sholuld be able to run the same code without problems that Java 7 can. in this case, it can't. This bug is wholly 100% Oracle's fault, not Reika's. Just, you know, everyone has your attitude and decides...

    [1.7.10]Modular Mayhem

No, the crash has existed for those using Java 8 for a while now. He was unaware of it because his dev environment is in Java 7 and can't update. For some reason the way Java 8 changed memory management means as soon as you enter the Chroma dimension you crash. If you are on Java 7 you are fine...
