We updated our backend software last night that should permanently fix any issues with server restarts causing the hqm data to corrupt sometimes (Which would lead to a crash loop keeping the server down until someone manually fixed it)

Updated to 0.7.1 The update required us to reset the quest books so apologies for that.

As far as I know they're enabled in the modpack, but I'm not too helpful with Witchery. Maybe someone else can answer you here
