Fixed the authors. That's actually a tricky one. Both advanced machines mods have the same mod id. So we kinda just check for it manually.

That's default github behavior. I'm pretty sure you can't turn it off. You can just click the closed button to view closed issues.

That's exactly what launchers are for. The four major launchers, not including multimc, offer something like this. I would recommend the curse app as the easiest to use, but technic, ATLauncher and the FTB launcher all have similar functionality.
