That argument has been there forever. Why it isn't saving I'm not sure, sounds like a problem with the launcher. The good news is, however, that argument won't be needed much longer. The next update to Chromaticraft will remove that requirement.
That....would indeed appear to be a bug. And not something *I* did. Hmm. I'll investigate. For now, cheating would be the best way to solve that. Delete 1 dye plus 8 rockwool to get 8 of the proper color. I'll make that official at some point via Minetweaker if nothing else

That tends to happen when you have explored a lot. Fairly harmless, just annoying. You can try reporting it to the Journey Map bug tracker and Fastcraft, as it looks to be an unwanted mod interaction.
1.3 is now live on Curse.
Bug fixes, mod updates. Sky Islands are now bigger and slightly taller. Grass drops are tweaked. Caves now generate. Light Level Overlay is now available to take the place of F7.
Sorry, Modular Mayhem 1.21 is now live on Curse. Lots of mod updates, including a fix for Silent Gem's fluffy puff crash and the TARDIS mod's kontron crystals.
Yeah, I'm thinking physics is going to be a non-starter. Tch. Which is why this was only ever a beta. I may simply have to be happy with 1.0 as it is. It isn't perfect, but it is good enough and the amount of tinkering I'd have to do to improve things risks running hard into the diminishing...
Creepers could always see you through walls. As for ghasts, they should be more rare than they are being. They are, quite literally, set to like 0/5% chance to spawn.
It's a beta experimental build. I'm not sure if it will auto-update or not, if not you'll have to set your profile options to prefer beta releases and, possibly, force update. I've added the Enviromine physics and I'm concerned about the performance impact so I'd like to get some feed back...
