I think you may need to update or install Forge Dig down deep and find some emeralds use them to build a trading post a "market" that will let you buy all the seeds for emeralds.

after dropping the mods into the folder the launcher won't let me see the 3rd party packs. Any way to try and launch the game from the folder and not with the FTB launcher? EDIT: nvm its working
