    No leaves?

    I recently updated from 1.01 ultimate to 1.1.2 and now my world's oak trees, I believe, have no leaves. Some trees have them and in all other places besides nearby chunks they're fine.. Any ideas and solutions for this problem? EDIT: Basically ALL natural non-vanilla blocks are gone. I think...
