    I did have 4gb RAM, I out it in a repair shop one time and when I got it back it was 3gb RAM, ill try defragmenting. thanks for the help!

    I get the same message on mindcrack. And my vannila minecraft I get 100fps so... Would formatting my comp help, because ftb ultimate used to work fine untill recently, mabye theres not enough memory on my comp?
