How do I tweak the ratio of sapling? I've noticed the planters fill up very quickly and I had planed to look into this biomass gig to remedy the problem but I wasn't really sure. The sawmill turn them into planks, burning planks doesn't give me charcoal, unless there is someway around this?

I'm still not really sure what to do with the quarry power wise. The problem I have right now is with my tree farm, the wood that goes into the furnace overflows and I lose some wood. Not sure how to solve this.

Will I need two? Three? They're not very easy to make for me so I want to make the exact amount. Even then, that engine still takes lava to power it and it's prone to overheating. EDIT; How do I deal with items overflowing onto the ground when the thing they're being placed in is full?

What's the best way to get lava? I need it to power my combustion engines.

It says the combustion engines need a fuel source, like lava or oil. I only have charcoal... Will that suffice? The set up looks really cool though, so if they do have a nice efficiency level, they'd be worth it in my book.

Will this set up work for a tree farm? The diamond pipes pipe out the sapling into the planters and the red if for the wood that's harvested. The only problem I see is that the planters wont get sufficient sapling to continues running.

I'm trying to set up a tree farm and I wanted to know if I could link together about 5 of them but only use one diamond pipe to re-stock the planters? I think I could do it, but the saplings wouldn't be distributed evenly, right?

I make all of my diamonds from macerating coal; so I can get akkt he diamonds I want, but at a price.

If I only wanted to separate two items, would I still have to use diamond pipe?

How do you get the harvester to work? I placed one and powered it and everything but it didn't harvest the tree, and then I tried it with carrots and still nothing. I dunno what's going on but I depend on wood to run my operation so a swift reply would be very much welcome and appreciated...
