    Happening on windows 10, windows 2012, Linux Ubuntu 16.04 and 18 Java version is 8 I can install the other FTB server modpacks perfectly fine. This is specifically a problem with Vanilla Plus 1.1.0 1.0.0 works. I'm very certain that 1.1.0 was built incorrectly
