Hi Thanks for the help, turns out it must have had something to do with having 2 harvesters working in the same area side by side. i deleted just the 1 suggested and still had the game crash then i was reminded about the second one i had there so i removed that also and now it works again. :)

this feature would be very beneficial if we could do it because it would save a lot of space on the computer thus keeping the bulky files on an external hardrive of some sort. if it is possible then how can this be achieved?
