    It was the Rats mod. I disabled wild Rats eating crops in the config file and my crops were fine afterward.

    Solved Crops Disappearing Direwolf20 1.6.1?

    I am planting basic crops (wheat, potatoes, and carrots) and they disappear after a couple of Minecraft days. Immersive Engineering crops don't disappear. Is anyone else experiencing this? Also, perhaps it's a gameplay mechanic that I'm missing? For example, I read about the Rats mod and see...
