Open 1.4.1: Wither Skeleton Mob Soul Not Dropping
Version: 1.4.1 What is the bug: I've killed over 2,000 Wither Skeletons (enough to get me 3 stacks of wither skulls WITHOUT Tinkers' Construct Beheading modification).
