If you're using 1.4.7, it's a well-known fact that the most recent release of EE3 is bugged. Try downgrading to the previous version, and see if it helps.

So I heard that in the configs, you could make nuclear reactors output steam instead of EU, but I can't find the option under Gregtech, IC2, or Railcraft. Which config is it? I'm using Mindcrack, if that helps.
