    FTB Continuum Release

Thank you :) Wish there was something that didn't have to be recharged, but AA Speed is at least a step up from potions.

    FTB Continuum Release

Is there a way to speed up player movement/walking speed with something from one of the mods in this pack? I'm used to using botania sash for that

Open 2.2.2: 2.3.0 Updating ruins magic recipes in expert mode, botania mana petals removed

Version: 2.2.2 What is the bug: Verssion 2.3.0 (I couldn't pick this in the bug report drop-down) includes the new version of Botania which removes mana petals. This disables recipes in expert mode that used mana petals, including the anointing paste from witchery which is needed for early...

    Help! Need a simple answer!

You also need to click on the fluid you want to pour (in the smeltery controller GUI) to make it the bottommost one to pour it. Three aluminum and one copper is correct for brass - if your metals alloy with something else in your smeltery (for instance, copper and tin make bronze) you can just...

FTB Infinity 1.7.10 Help, Venting and Discussion Thread

Maybe you could use carpenter's blocks with snow overlay around your base instead? I bet that doesn't melt when lit.

The Unofficial FTB Infinity Evolved Recipe Suggestion Thread

Maybe it'd be good with iron bars in the corners, four glass and a copper plate in the middle. could also instead of adding iron bars, exchange the glass in the recipe for hardened glass, but I think maybe that's a little too hardcore, needing yet another machine for something that really helps...

FTB Infinity 1.7.10 Help, Venting and Discussion Thread

In your minecraft/modpack folder, journeymap has a folder where it stores waypoints. I often back this up myself, then you can copy it back in if they get wiped. /journeymap/data/sp/[worldname].

The Unofficial FTB Infinity Evolved Recipe Suggestion Thread

Thumbs up for making this thread Fortanono - it's good to have a place to discuss the expert recipes. I always thought the portable tank from TE was too cheap, even in vanill- uh, normal mode. It makes a huge difference for the use of tinker's smeltery, and is cheaper than all the other...

Ask a simple question, get a simple answer

I believe you can just copy over the region files in the save folder. Never tried it though. I did once edit an RFTools dimension in MCEdit, there's somewhere in MCE where you can choose dimension.

Ask a simple question, get a simple answer

The mod that does the backup is called FTB Utilities, and I personally found the config Very hard to find, so let me add that it's in "ftbu" in the "local" folder ( not "config" folder). I think I read that it was put there to make it immune to pack updates resetting it.

Open 1.8.2: Electrotine Ore Worldgen [1.10.1]

:) There's a line in the config that says " "Electrotine Ore retrogen"=false ". I guess if you set this to true it'll generate in already explored chunks, but I don't actually have any experience with this. Luckily my own RFtools mining dimension is brand new and doesn't have many chunks already...

Open 1.8.2: Electrotine Ore Worldgen [1.10.1]

I reenabled electrotine in the config myself when I saw this (ProjectRed.cfg). I hope the reason for disabling electrotine wasn't because ProjectRed is bugged or something, but it might just have been an oversight when turning off tin and copper which are generated by other mods. There seems to...
