The capacitor bank should be way larger than needed - i think i found the problem.
i have setup a long capacitor bank that connects to all the power outputs from the turbines and now i have the correct number and no loss anymore so the tesseracts have a pretty huge energy loss... i couldnt find...

What is the bug:
I have 3 Turbines producing 21318 RF/t sending their energy to my vibrant capacitor bank directly via Tesseracts - right now i have 3 channels 1 for each reactor and 3 tesseracts connectet to the bank, because with only 1 tesseract i had only 20k income.
