    I followed both guides exactly.Also, I can't find a working mac download for Java JRE 6, so I cant make sure that I am using java 6.

    I have been trying for a long time, even after downloaded java 1.6(im on a mac) and disabling java 1.7, it still doesn't work. I have posted a ticket but noone is replying. Log: Typing java -version gives me this in terminal:
