if its only you its happening to, a force update should fix it.

change the install location to C:\FTB and disable avg while you download the pack. AVG seems to hate FTB for some reason. i think its the browser protection, but im not sure as i dont use AVG anymore (this problem isn't the reason for that though)

if you arnt using panels,covers or any other multiparts, then yes. in any case, forge will remove them from the world next time you load the map

check the folder at "C:\Users\pc\Downloads\Direwolf20_1_6_4\minecraft\mods\1.6.4 you should have these 3 files in it: CodeChickenLib-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.45.jar ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.227.jar WorldCore-universal-1.6.4-1.1.0.17.jar

try deleting the libraries folder from C:\Users\pc\Downloads\ then do a force update on the modpack from the settings tab of the launcher and try again

shame you had to reinstall your modpack to get it working, but, at least its fixed.
