    Windows .jar Not loading mods, tried the trouble shooting already

    I'm having this problem, as well. I updated the mod pack and now forge isn't loading. I then went back to the website, downloaded a fresh .exe launcher, put it in a new folder, and it still won't work. It seems to download about halfway before stopping and launching Minecraft, without loading...
