    The commander just tells me hes busy? how do i get him to give me the quest?

    I think i found a bug with the barkeep quest, he asks me to fetch some wheat from the farmers, but in the quests menu it says i have to give it to adkal, and he is lucas. i have no idea where adkal is.

    I can't find the bandits and tyltran anywhere in the residential district. i don't know if its a bug or that i'm just not looking hard enough.
