    How can I find the hydra lair?

    If you're lucky, you could find one in a twilight swamp. However, it's extremely rare. A fire swamp (Use a magic map) will always have a lair.

For example, the Direwolf20 pack has configs for Gregtech, Nether ores, Advanced solars, Traincraft, etc. Same goes for the magic pack, tech world, and I can't be bothered to confirm this, but likely the yogcraft pack has the same set.     What is the difference between a dark node and an unstable node? I know barrow dungeons spawn with a dark node and the obsidian spire things spawn with an unstable node, but what is the difference between the two?

    yeah, I have full diamond armour using excess diamonds I didn't need (lucky spawn). But I wasn't prepared at ALL for a hollow hill. oh well, at least it wasn't a hydra lair... THAT would have sucked. If I need to, I could always pull out my sword of the zephyr I found in one of those TC obsidian...

    Noob Question

    Just wondering, I added the modular powersuits mod to the direwolf20 pack, and I have a tinker table and a power tool. However, the recipe for the LV capacitor isn't showing up in NEI, so I have no idea on how to craft it... Sorry if the answer is glaringly obvious, still a noob to FTB...

    This is getting ridiculous.

    1000m from spawn in every direction., and still not a single desert. Seriously, the extrabiomes should't outnumber the vanilla biomes 100000:1. at this point, I may have to delete the world, as I am strictly against cheating anything in. Is anybody else here having the same problem? EDIT...

    Chunk Loading Error?

    I've got no idea WHY this happens, but I do know that it happens in EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY WORLDS. I'm starting to lose track of the worlds of had to delete because of this error. Here are some screenshots:
