    Well, After messing with Norton for a bit, the before-crash length got better, but I am unfortunately still crashing.

    Thank you so much! I'll try looking into that nowIt's coming back with 0 Matching items, apparently though. I'll keep trying it in different instances, maybe I'll get a hit.
