Ok, thanks. I've noticed that my bow has reinforced, I'm assuming that comes from the string as well, since the bow is made of cactus.

I'm just curious what it does, if anything. I thought it would add flame to my arrows, but I didn't see anything unusual. I know enchanted adds a modifier slot, but does anyone know what this one does?

That didn't work either, we even tried removing NEI and inventory tweaks entirely, and it still happened. Edit: We got it to work a couple times by having him pick up stuff, then killing him and having it pick it up again, which got him through the next couple sessions. Does that help at all?

He actually killed himself to completely empty his inventory, so we know that isn't the case, and we already matched up the configs with no success, but i'll try deleting his player.dat. Edit: Deleting player.dat didn't work.

Odd how, I did edit the biomegen configs, but that doesn't seem like it would crash his game when he opened the inventory.

My brother and I play dw20 on lan, and for the first few days it went fine. Now, whenever he opens his inventory, minecraft closes. We already tried deleting NEI.dat, which didn't help. Ok, I guess I got some bad information, feel free to make as many underground nexuses as you please.

To me, minecraft is about convoluted solutions to simple problems.

It still needs line of sight to the sky, so you can't set it up in a cave or something, but yeah it lets it run at night. The daylight sensor defines day slightly differently than the nexus, so there's a bit of delay between daytime and the pistons moving, but it's more essence overall.

I was getting a bit sick of my light nexus not working at night, so I made an automator that switches the caps from diamond to moonstone at night, and back to diamond in the morning. Figured I should share the design if anyone wanted to do something similar, or had an idea to improve mine.

Seems like the deficit was the problem, some foci fixed it.

To put it simply, how? I need to get essence from my light nexus to my altar, but it doesn't seem to work. From what I understand, I need to right lick the nexus, then the conduit, then the conduit again, and finally the altar, but when I flip the altar switch, the conduit gains a ton of deficit...

Just a quick question, What exactly does the spell motion talent do? Even after unlocking it, I didn't get an entry in the compendeum and I don't notice any changes.

Yeah, unless there's some way I can get a mystcraft age with an essence ocean to pump with a tesseract, you need to scoop pools up yourself. Much higher storage capacity than filling your inventory with buckets, especially with multiple barrels.

Yeah, It was the closest notable feature near spawn, and yeah, it is ProjectRed. Apparently the nexus caps at JUST under 100% and keeps eating up the essence, so a bit of diligence is needed, but its still much easier than dumping buckets by hand.

Floodgate worked perfectly, here's my setup for anyone else interested.

I set up a neutral nexus above a 3x3 pool of essence, but since it's so small, it runs out quickly and I have to constantly fill it. Is there any item I could use to pump the essence out of the drum in a way that fills up the pool without me having to keep an eye on it?
