I just deleted EVERYTHING related to minecraft, cleaned the registry, and restarted, and still no textures. Is there something wrong server side or something? Nobody else seems to be having this issue but that's the only thing that could explain it

Do you have any other mods installed other than the default mods? If so, disable them and try. Also, if you go to the options tab in the launcher and check "reopen launcher after closing minecraft" the console will stay open.

I just loaded a world in vanilla minecraft, vanilla launcher and I still have missing textures... this is so weird

My video card is an AMD Radeon HD 7640G I've tried with default textures and with soartex, neither of them worked And unfortunately, windows 7 isn't possible for me, trust me I've tried, but some of my hardware doesn't support it.
