Server being broken by World Leak (I Think)

I have read up on my (possible) current problem: World Leaks. I run a private 10 slot server, and I am unable to save the world state, after restart every two hours, it reverts to the previous state. I am receiving an error over the console of World Leaks. I have no idea how to solve this or if...

Could you just remove the worlds from the server files? Then just regenerate them at a later date. That would remove the need for chunk loader/ mod removing solutions. I rarely use Mystcraft/TF. Would that be a possible solution? Please let me know. I am a scrub at these kinds of things.
