I finished the first chapter and I'd bet it's in the second one but I can't find the quest that opens it. It is still locked altough I made every quest in Draconis. Could you be more precise about the person that I need to meet in Hobbiton?

I went to Hobbiton and met Gandalf and Bilbo. Gandalf want me to smoke weed and Bilbo just has an empty HUD.
