From the looks of it, it's the three quests after the foundations quest are not turning in for me. I'm able to sill finish other quests from the AE2 portion of it.. Just not the mekanism based quests.

I don't know if it's been reported, but in the "Lava pumping!" quest, the HQM book is not recognizing the manual detect for the electric pump item (item number 1011:12)
