    Bingo. also had little space to hide redstone in, so wanted a block to cover the ground it travels through.

    you can add the mystcraft mod manually and just place a linkbook on a stand anywhere (teleports you to location it was made, any dimension) I also wonder if you can just make a twilight portal and from there make a nether portal and from there go home xD
