The server is officially back up, had no problems so far. Back to playing as normal. We are being more careful now and backing up at least once every day, so this wont ever take this long again. thanks guys :)

Just to echo what dan said, the servers back up and seems to be running fine, no idea what happened but everything seems to be back to normal now :)
