Just re downloaded the pack and the missing items for modular power suits were back. I hope this solves some other weirdness I have experienced.

I happened to notice that the capacitors for the modular power suits are missing. I'm not sure but i think all the component parts for the modular power suits are missing. From the NEI all I could find were the pieces of armor themselves and the armor bench.

Figured out the NEI thing. As some one said above there is a global/world option and that does the trick. Never figured out why I couldn't make IC2's diamond drill. And yes MoosyDoosy I was using the drill made with plates, wires, a motor, etc. I've got cheat mode to get around it though so...

It seems that the recipe for IC2's diamond drill is broken. I tried to use NEI'S cheat mode to just give myself a diamond drill instead but for the life of me I can't seem to get cheat mode to work. I can select cheat mode in NEI's options but the inventory screen is the same as recipe mode.
