    Thanks for the tip! One more note...you might want to add in some recipe or quest to create/receive lily pads. Unless I'm just doing it wrong, it seems to be very difficult to get bees started if water bees can't do their thing for lack of flowers.

    Just out of curiosity, what's with the whole getting stung by bugs thing everywhere I go in this pack? Is there a way to protect against it? Also, what mod is causing it? Never run into it before personally, even though I've played a ton of modpacks.

    For items/blocks from that mod (Eureka, or Buildcraft Addons or whatever), you have to go through the "research" phase to be able to use them. Use the Engineer's Journal or whatever it's called (gray book) that you got at the beginning to work through the progression.

    I didn't log out or anything, and it's happened multiple times. I'm using the ones from ChickenChunks. I read somewhere that they keep the chunks "loaded" but they're not rendered...or something?

    I've been having a problem with Sync after I die...it tries to put me in my new body, but if I died far enough away from my base that it wasn't rendered, then I resurrect in an unloaded area and fall into the void eventually. I'm playing on a single-player world, and even chunkloaders in my base...

    Until you have bees going, an even easier way to get ordo for steel is from creeper plant seeds - they easily craft into cactus dye ----> pipe sealant, and you can easily get a big field of them growing. Or run around and grab eelgrass from rivers for the same product. But yeah, Thaumcraft is...

    Found a repeatable crash...Every time I try to look at either Ashes or Dark Ashes in NEI and go to the Chemical Decomposer, the game freezes permanently. Anyone else experienced this?

    If you're referring to the 1 or 2-second freezes, I get them too, but a little more frequently. Also using FastCraft, but they happened before I added it too. Not using a server here, just single-player. ATI Radeon graphics card, VSync off. On a completely unrelated note, the Thaumcraft iron...

    Got a problem with the Fusion chamber...I'm trying to make UU (1000 weight) from two UUx's (500's), and everything's green, full power, etc. However, they don't combine like they should. Suggestions?

    I'm having a repeated crash with Ancient Trees, whenever I go into NEI for the wood products (stairs, slabs, etc.) in the Chemical Decomposer tab, the game freezes. Also, if those saplings are so expensive, what's the point of them? I can't find any way to get their respective metal resources...

    Regarding Thaumcraft research, don't forget to surround your research table with different types of crystal clusters and things related to the base aspects, since they'll give you free research points over time just by sitting there.

    Regarding the new quests for Health Boost potions...the quest text indicates it should be a repeatable quest, which it isn't. Also, the potion text indicates that it should be a permanent boost, rather than just a long potion. I wouldn't mind it wearing off, however, as long as I could pay again...

    I'm having a problem creating a chemist's journal...the recipe shows up in NEI as a book next to a piece of glass just fine, but I can't actually craft one. Help? Thanks!
