That's great, I just need the list of what's left so I can start. I've never worked on texturepacks but I'm good with photoshop. Most of it will be cut/paste of default sphax textures just to match.

Also, where do you want bugs reported, suggestions made, etc.

Any texture-pack for this yet? @GreatOrator If you update the 'Mods Still Needed' thing at this link I can help you update it. I have experience enough to blend some things together (hopefully). Would love to help as I can't stand vanilla minecraft textures.
