    If i want a private ftb pack, do i need idresolver mod author's sharose's permission and the same for minecraft forge and other 2 mod authors in the forge?

    hey I wanna make a FTB private pack, I picked the mods from the different default packs. Do I need to ask the modder's permission? If so who should i ask to use buildcraft? And then who should I show the perm screenshots to and give the mods to make the pack? If you get the time to read this please PM me, thank you for your time, _snak3

    So, I was on youtube when I saw a youtube channel that gave downloads of the FTB modpacks for the people that didn't buy the game, and I though I should tell you. Please answer/PM me and I'll give you the link of the channel And also, In the download there's a file that may sound familiar called minecraft.jar... I should tell that to mojang, right?

    Apparently, the download links for the launcher jar change every single day, so I was wondering, how are the links generated? (I am trying to generate them on-the-fly, because the PKGBUILD downloads the sources at build time, but is the links change every day then I have to re-upload the PKGBUILD every day.)

    hey slow, I was thinking about some launcher stuff recently and I have an idea:
    Modules that the user can choose to add to any FTB pack, for instance an 'enhancement' module, containing optifine, rei minimap etc., that the user can choose to add to any pack. I think that allowing the user to customise the packs more effectively will greatly improve the launcher's success. :)
