I know about the stone tools. Its an intended change. Stone tools are stupidly easy to craft and that quest has been changed to fuzzy so a hammer with any kind of parts can be used. My personal recommendation for early game tinker tools is plastic. For now. About the other HQM borked quests...

Thats not going to work with just 4 crafters because of all the different kinds of flowers that botania has. I'm not 100% surge if enderio crafters work with oredict or with item id. The first one works, THE second doesnt.

Copy the log and paste it in a paste bin. Also, what are you trying to craft? So i can try to reproduce and possibly fix it.

I'm not 100% sure of what happened on there, but try this: Go to your config\hqm folder. Copy the quests.hqm to a safe place. Delete the hqm folder. Run the game. Change the newly generated quests.hqm with the previous one. That should fix it, else try starting a new map and see if it breaks.

Manually updating the mods can possibly break HQM. Only replacing it with the old version wont work. You'll have to replace the quest.hqm file with the original to get the quests working again and revert the mod.
