How do i get Infused Dust? Do i get this from ores or from Plants? Or do i have to infuse some Dust like the Shards to get it? Because i want to craft a Relay source where i need infused Dust.

hello i am pretty far in progress in chromaticraft and i now need to unlock the endgame section, but i dont even know how to unlock it. i have all achievements in the achievement tab till "Top-tier Crafting" and i did even unloch and i have some info fragments left but i can`t see the info...
