64 bit system type. 8GB RAM. The only texture packs I have are the Feed the Beast ones that come with ultimate, and I haven't selected any, so whatever is default. 3GB allocated RAM to feed the beast. Thanks for helping, by the way, I was beginning to give up hope of ever getting this running.

I checked, and I have java 7 update 17.
