I'd go with a re-install of the modpack. Sounds like you have a corruption issue, or something of the sort. In any case, a good old fassioned reboot of the pack's files should work fine.

Note to self... When using admin commands mod to chunkload 100 chunks in each direction, be prepared to wait a few hours for it to complete. Then I'll have to see if it sticks when I exit the map and return to it in proper single player (had to enter LAN mode to enable commands) Hope this works!

Double check and see if you lost your "template" file in the minecraft folder of ME4 install. Had that happen to me with a different map, caused a similar problem.
