    Well i use Fragnet they use McMyAdmin .Same functions as you have now so you could download your world and re-upload there . its my 5th host and this one has been running my 2 servers for more than 1 year . Vanilla and Modpack .

    Yes the problem is at your host they have to simpley add "-XX PermSize=128m" to the Startup script and its fine . this happens when alot of mods are running and when all those mods exceeds a certain point of memory that java does not like and then you get that error My host Fixed it within the...
