Yes just tried it. It got to 20,000kb this time but still launched vanilla mine craft. For this install i deleted the Appdata/roaming/FTBlauncher folder and was launching from an empty folder.

The launcher does not complete the mod pack download and when it launches it launches into vanilla 1.2.5 minecraft. My Personal debug: I launch the launcher into a blank folder it starts to download the jar then the modpack. The modpack stops downloading at 18,000kb. It launches vanilla...
