1. Redownload the Modpack
2. Locate the old Instance Folder
3. Open the Instance (you can figure out the right one by looking at the art.png) that you used to play on
4. Copy Paste all its contents into the new Insance you just downloaded in the standard dir and override everything.
5. Done
