That is probably from Thaumic Bees. A relatively recent update added several metal/mineral bees including an iron bee.

Find a new hive princess and then use your perfect drones to clone it into a perfect princess using the method outlined above by Bomb Bloke; then inoculate one drone and this new princess with the new species serum. This will give you a perfect pair for the new species.

Based on Saice's golem testing, golem radius is 9 blocks (15 if they have perceptive core) plus another 3 if you give them the glasses upgrade.

If you can use tubes for your setup, just have the turtle drop items into a relay. Relays are valid inventories which automatically (i.e. no blutricity or redstone signal needed) eject their contents into an attached tube.
