I figured out my issue with the windmill, not enough clearance for the blades, but I got it fixed now. haven't really done anything with changing the capacitors, we're using energy cells for that part.

We aren't having that problem on my server, we are even able to make mega spruces, I have a couple in a tree farm on our server, and we are playing in expert mode. So i'm not sure what's going on with these people :/
