    Ah. As for the bus deleting items, have you checked all the other buses to make sure that they aren't stuck in the bus? And using an Ender chest isn't really the best idea for storage, unless your going trans-dimensional or something like that. Applied Energestics might not be fully compatible...

    I am not able to play modpacks

    I get this same error. It seems to be something with 64-bit java and the pack not being able to work together properly. I use Java 8 Update 45 for the 64-bit system. Posting my own support ticket now.
